Gr. 8 Non-LDCSB Student Registration

Students who do not attend an LDCSB Elementary school can begin the online registration process on January 8, 2024. Registration closes on February 29, 2024.

Steps to registering:

1.) Find your school based on the LDCSB boundaries by clicking HERE

2.) Complete the online registration by clicking HERE *remember to select the 2024-2025 school year

3.) Once CCH receives your registration, you will be contacted via email requesting the following documents to complete the registration process:

- - Activities/Permission and Medical Form be filled in and returned
  - Course Selection Form filled in and returned
  - SE5 Form filled in and returned
  - Gr.7 Report Card and Gr.8 Progress Report Card
  - Copy of IEP (if applicable)
  - Student Activity Fee ($40) for 2024-25 using School Cash Online

*If you have applied to the IB Program or Music Extension Program, please ensure you have completed the application form found on each specialty programs website (found under Programs & Services) before completing the online registration. Please indicate at the bottom of the online registration if you have been accepted to a specialized program.

*If you are entering the ESL Program, please note that course selections will be guided by the Gr.8 teacher recommendations provided to CCH.
