The award honours those "who have made a social, cultural or educational contribution to the spirit of truth and reconciliation. Honourees will represent the Seven Sacred Teachings of wisdom, love, respect, bravery, honestly, humility and truth."
In today’s Wellness Wednesday post, we explore connections and how they affect our self-esteem and personal confidence. One of the many benefits of being connected to others is being acknowledged as a unique individual with gifts, talents and contribution.
