Transcript Requests

Transcripts remain at Catholic Central High School for 55 years after that date of graduation. If Catholic Central was the last school you attended your transcript may be requested by completing the form below, and sending it by email to [email protected] along with a piece of photo ID and your receipt of payment (past students only).
 
All payments must be submitted via the following link (SchoolCashOnline.com):
 
Instructions:
1. Fees apply to retired/graduated students one year after graduation.
2. Fees do not apply to students currently registered/attending the school.
3. All applicable fees must be paid by the applicant before records can be released.
4. Photo ID and your receipt of payment is required when picking up.
5. Only persons authorized with access to their student records can submit a request.
6. Costs for shipping transcripts by courier registered mail or express postpaid by applicant.
7. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. Immediate or same-day service will not be provided until further notice.
