Hospitality and Tourism
The Hospitality and Tourism SHSM is a specialized program at Catholic Central High School that allows students interested in the industry to focus their high school learning on their talents and interests while completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Through the program, students gain hands-on work experience by completing a relevant co-op in the industry. They also participate in field trips and earn certifications—such as First Aid & CPR, Safe Food Handling, Customer Service, and WHMIS—all at no cost, providing a valuable boost to their resumes for their future.
