On the last day of Wellness Week, we encouraged students to go for a walk or to ride their bike. You can even have a Dance Party. Physical activity is important and can help keep you healthy and positive. Why not even host a Zoom Dance Party with friends! Be creative! What’s your favourite Dance Party song? Post a list of your favourite dance songs on Social Media.
